We, as event organizers will be complying to all COVID19 rules and regulations laid down by the Dutch Govt/RIVM as per the latest updates.
Safety is everyones’ responsibility, hence while we comply to the COVID19 rules, we humbly request co-operation from you as well.
Rules of entry:
– Valid event registration confirmation
– Valid identification
– Valid EU corona test certificate, valid proof of vaccination or proof of recovery? Put these certificates in the CoronaCheck app on their smartphone
– Incase you do not have valid vaccination certificate , please book your free test here (https://www.testenvoortoegang.org/) . This will also suffice as a corona pass for entry
Note:
– Since the corona test certificate, valid proof of vaccination or proof of recovery will be checked, please keep a hardcopy or digital copy ready for inspection at the entrance of the venue
– Proof of vaccination is valid from no earlier than at least 2 weeks after full vaccination and from 4 weeks after a Janssen vaccination
– A negative corona test result can only be used as a valid test certificate within 24 hours of testing
– If your are in the middle of serving quarantine due to travel or others or showing symptoms of COVID19, you are not allowed to attend the event
– Within the premises, request you to comply to COVID19 RIVM rules

For “Darshan” and participating in Puja, guests need to register for each day of the visit. We will open free registration for the same on 10th October 2021. This will be available on the registration page itself. You will see a ticket with “0” euro available only for visit.
Those who already have a ticket for food registration , does not need to do that.
Yes, it is possible. However, depending on the total number of guests per day (aligned with RIVM guidelines), registration may be restricted
To avoid inconvenience, we request you to please pre-register for smoother entrance process
Registration desk will be open from 08:45 AM to 09:00 PM each day of the festival
- Every guest has to first report at registration desk during their first visit of that day
- Every guest has to present corona certificate (as per government guidelines, please check Steps for getting a COVID Certificate for travel or events using CoronaCheck | Coronavirus COVID-19 | Government.nl or Travelling to the Netherlands from abroad | Coronavirus COVID-19 | Government.nl as applicable for you)
- Each day a different colour band will be handed over, it is must to wear it in hand through out your stay (without the band, entry will not be allowed)
If bought food, no other registration is required for that day
